So, Today I've come up with 5 fitness tips to help build an healthy life for busy entrepreneurs. It's best to keep them in practice.

1. Foods:

Food is important in everyday growth. Endeavour to chose the right kinds of food that contains at most 3 classes, such as protein, carbohydrate , fat and oil etc. Make sure you start your day with healthy foods for breakfast. Try as much as possible not to miss breakfast. Change the kinds of foods you eat on daily basis, weekly or monthly, for instance, eating a food that contains only carbohydrate for breakfast, lunch and dinner, It's really not healthy. If you decide to take bread in the morning, take it with a glass of milk, try to combine the foods you eat for example you could take an egg with a toast and a glass of milk. Pap or akamu (corn caramel) is usually used as breakfast with akara (bean cake) in an average Nigerian Home, or sometimes akara(bean cake) is taken with bread (agege).

2. Take Enough Fruits and Vegetables:

Try to shop for different kind of fruits, because all contains different vitamins that are needed by the body. You could take fruits before or after meal. Also Vegetables

Vegetables are important in everyday healthy diet , they help reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, they prevent some types of cancer and can help lower blood pressure. They are necessary in our diet.

The Unanswered Questions?

Alright, as humans we are naturally curious. Well, a lot had me thinking of lots of things- things like family, school, society and yeah, the world. Note..I'm not scientifically bothered about them. I'm just naturally bothered about them. Starting out with the SOCIETY. It's funny that I grew up in a very disciplined home, where you get punished in the "African way" whenever you misbehaved. Our parents were mostly burdened about the character we displayed in public, our dressing, our mode of approach etc. They had this"what will people say?" syndrome . Yeah, I called it a syndrome, because to me it was, in the sense that they just get carried away with what others-the society- thinks about their family. It's actually general, it spreads like a disease to many other African home. The old African way, leave you with lots of bitter sweet memorable experiences that affects your behaviour in public.   Honestly, those modes of training came with lots ...

I knew if I don't, I would get stuck in traffic. Unfortunately for me , I still got stuck in traffic. The cause of it?, I still don't know. I stayed in traffic for over 30 minutes , from palmgroove to Onipanu before the gridlock was cleared. Few hours, I was in Ajegunle. Few things about Ajegunle: It's a neighbourhood or community located at the south of  Lagos, bordered by Apapa Wharf at the west. It's popularly known as the ghetto city of Lagos or the AJ city.
